Products and prices
The features of each product are described on its product page. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase.
How to buy
To buy, add the products to your basket, enter your shipping and billing details, choose a payment method and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.
Payment methods
Credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed through secure platforms; we do not store your card details.
Shipping
We ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), European Union countries and the United States. Preparation time: 1 working day. Estimated delivery time: 5 working days in Spain and 15 working days for other destinations. The available carriers and shipping costs for each destination are shown in the shop at checkout, before you pay.
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may apply and are payable by the buyer.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To do so, tell us clearly at info@sailoq.com; you can use the withdrawal form at the end of these terms.
We will refund the amount paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, and may withhold the refund until we receive the product. The cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer. The product must be returned in good condition; if its value has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to check how it works, you may be liable for that.
Warranty
New products come with the 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, tampering with the board, water or power surges.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.
